Our focus is on the child and development of his confidence, self-image along with an all-pervading refinement and courtesy in his behavior. Sanskar will instill a sense of self - discipline in the children and in this respect students and teachers will themselves evolve a code of conduct relating to people, work and school environment. We are living in a world where values are changing rapidly. With a mass of information in Science and Technology and the use of Information Technology in all spheres of life, education is in need of a new paradigm.

The direct contact between the teacher and the taught is becoming less and less. There has to be a rethinking in the philosophy of education.. Instead of emphasizing on having more branches of knowledge, we are concerned more about the roots - the human values that lead to sublimity, tolerance and refinement. Our children will be encouraged to imbibe sound ethical values - humility, a belief in the dignity or labour, an awareness of our people and roots of our culture, and the courage of conviction. At Sanskar a conscious effort will be made to give the two bequests to the child - the roots and the wings. O Lord! Please protect us both, the teacher and the taught, May our learning be lustrous and revealing, Bestow strength on us so that we may work with mutual reverence and communion. May our learning illumine our minds and may we attain the glory of wisdom.
